This seems like a great almost free service. Worth a try. For sure the economy class of websites. If you know some html, you can add pages, but if not, you can send them the pages to add. The cost of adding a page is $10 one-time. The cost of supporting a site with a huge site/resource of information will depend on the work you do yourself (or your friend). They provide the basic shell and basic tech support. For more sophisticated site development they have a programming consultant who charges $55 per hour.
